From a 1.7 GPA in Milwaukee
to the Notre Dame sideline.

Becoming the first Black Notre Dame Leprechaun didn't mean stepping outside myself. It meant stepping fully into who I already was.

I was a struggling kid — a 1.7 GPA and nearly expelled. That's the through-line of every talk. Whether I'm in front of second graders or a C‑suite, people leave with a stronger connection to their purpose, fresh clarity and confidence, and a challenge to take action.

I call it a Return on Impact.
